Malaysia Tours & Holiday Experiences

Sea breeze in Langkawi, hawker stalls in Penang, orangutans in Sabah. We plan and run the whole route — transfers, guides, permits and stays — so you land in Kuala Lumpur and simply start travelling.

Local guides, not scripts

Every departure is led by a licensed Malaysian guide who lives on the route — the person who knows which Penang stall closes at two and when the tide opens the Langkawi mangroves.

Small groups

Group departures cap at twelve travellers. Private tours run for your party only, with the pace and the stops set by you.

One operator end to end

Airport pickups, domestic flights, park permits and hotels sit on one booking. No handover to a third agency once you arrive.

Australian hours support

Questions answered in AEST before you fly and on WhatsApp while you travel. Date changes are handled by the same team that wrote your itinerary.

Traveller reviews

Reviews on this site come from travellers who actually booked and travelled with us. Each card below is filled from a verified booking record — name, tour, month of travel — and ratings feed the tour page from the same source. Nothing is written by us.

Review slot — Langkawi

Editable in Elementor: traveller name, tour booked, month of travel, star rating and the review text as written. Leave empty until a genuine review exists.

Review slot — Borneo

Same fields. Aggregate rating on the tour page only counts published, verified entries, so the number on screen always matches the reviews below it.

When to go: the two monsoons explained

The east coast and the west coast take their rain at opposite ends of the year. Perhentian and Redang close roughly November to February; Langkawi and Penang are at their driest then. Borneo travels well most of the year with wetter afternoons from November.

Two weeks in Malaysia: how to split the days

Three nights of city and food, four of highlands and heritage, four on an island, three in Borneo — with the internal flights that make it fit. Includes the routes we would not attempt in fourteen days and why.

Questions we get before booking

Do I need a visa for Malaysia?

Australian passport holders travel visa-free for short stays, and the digital arrival card is filled in online before departure. We send the current link with your booking confirmation.

Are domestic flights included?

On Borneo and multi-island packages, yes — internal flights are listed under What’s Included on each tour page. International flights to Kuala Lumpur are not included, and we are happy to advise on timings.

How physical are the tours?

Most days involve two to five kilometres of easy walking in heat and humidity. Rainforest and Kinabalu foothill days are graded moderate on the tour page, with the real distances and terrain stated.

Can we change dates after booking?

Date changes are free until the balance due date, subject to availability. The full cancellation policy is printed on every tour page and in your confirmation email.

Can you build a private itinerary?

Yes. Send us your dates, party size and the places you want, and we come back with a day-by-day plan and a price within two working days.

Tell us your dates — we'll build the route

Send your travel window, party size and the three places you most want to see. You get a day-by-day itinerary with prices, no obligation, from a team that runs these routes every week.
